
True Food offers an innovative range of mouth watering cakes for any occasion, using only the best quality ingredients. Whilst our cakes look beautiful, they taste magnificent.
The following is a selection of cakes we prepare frequently. However, do not feel bound by this list; we are confident in our ability to satisfy individual tastes, from the traditional to the contemporary.
If you would like your cake to be decoarated in a specific style or with a unique design please feel free to ask.
We can also provide cakes in varying sizes to suite your needs.
TRADITIONAL CAKES (INCLUDES VEGAN CHOICES)
Traditional Christmas Cake, iced or un-iced.
Traditional Fruit Wedding Cake, decorated to your taste. (We have also used this cake for christenings)
Victoria Sponge, with or without cream/ with fruits of your choice.
Traditional Bara Brith- tastes amazing toasted with organic welsh butter. This can also be used as a vegan alternative to a traditional wedding/christmas cake.
FRUIT CAKES
Carrot and Walnut - a succulant combination of crunchy walnuts and moist carrot.
Banana cake- made using a secret family reciepe this cake is both light and moist- a family favourite
Lemon drizzle cake- a moist sponge with a suger lemon tang.

Choclate rum cake- a rich irresistable cake- a chocolate lovers dream!
Eggless vegan chocolate sponge- a tasty alternative for vegans. This cake can also be made wheat and gluten free.
Choclate coffee cake- a rich combination with a mouth watering ganache icing.
